Many people have probably already done this, but I think it’s fair to contribute, given how we’ve been bombarded with images of Donatella Versace as an example of incredible plastic or cosmetic surgery. In reality, I believe this impressive transformation is not just due to cosmetic surgery, which we’ll analyze in a moment, but primarily to a change in makeup.
Previously, we were used to a Tim Burton-style makeup look; today, there’s undoubtedly been a glow-up that has opened up her eyes, along with an eyebrow repositioning that may have been done surgically. Another detail to note is her nose and hairline—possibly a wig and a lowered hairline—why not?
The facelift in these older photos had already been done. The nose, which may have collapsed due to interventions or trauma, was redone. We can see it has been clearly reprojected and refined. Over time, it appears that a few years later, Ms. Versace perhaps lost some weight or had some product that had been injected removed, which, in turn, has made the nasolabial folds more pronounced.
That said, her gaze is much brighter, and this hairstyle certainly suits her. Her face appears a bit more angular—perhaps fillers, a brow lift, and a rhinoplasty were involved as well. The rest is all makeup and hairstyling.

Prima eravamo abituati a un trucco alla Tim Burton; oggi sicuramente c’è stato un glow up che ha aperto gli occhi, oltre a un riposizionamento delle sopracciglia che forse è stato effettuato chirurgicamente. Altra cosa che possiamo notare è il naso e l’attaccatura dei capelli – parrucca e abbassamento della hairline, perché no?
Il lifting in queste foto vecchie era già stato effettuato. Il naso, in qualche modo, forse in seguito ad interventi o a qualche trauma, era crollato e quindi è stato rifatto. Vediamo che è sicuramente riproiettato e ha dato una terminata. Quello che è successo nel tempo è che, qualche anno dopo, la signora Versace ha perso forse qualche chilo o è stato rimosso un po’ di prodotto che era stato iniettato, quindi in qualche modo le rughe nasogeniene sono solo più marcate.
È vero però che lo sguardo è molto più luminoso e questa pettinatura le rende sicuramente giustizia. Il viso risulta un po’ più spigoloso – può essere che anche lì ci sia stato qualche filler, un browlift e una rinoplastica. Il resto è trucco e parrucco.
